Albury Bible Church is seeking a senior minister / pastor following the passing of our previous pastor, Chris Little, in 2024.

Albury Bible Church is currently led by a lay leadership and is looking for a man who is keen to work alongside the leadership and our community of Bible-believing Christians as we seek to share Jesus with the area of Albury/Wodonga.

The successful applicant will demonstrate Christian maturity, uphold the Statement of Beliefs of Albury Bible Church, and provide leadership that encourages spiritual growth, discipleship, and gospel outreach within the church and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and teaching of the congregation
• Planning and oversight of Sunday services
• Pastoral care of church members
• Oversight of volunteer recruitment and training
• Chairing the Church Leadership Team and Administration Committee

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Theology or equivalent from a Reformed Evangelical college
• Prior pastoral experience (desirable)
• Align with 1 Timothy 3:1–7

Remuneration

• Starting at AUD $80,000 plus superannuation, negotiable depending on experience
• Will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis for part-time appointments
